How to Participate:
This class is hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. Anyone with the ingredients can participate from their own kitchen.
What you'll do:
We will prepare our equipment to ensure the success of our swiss meringue buttercream. We will make the buttercream from scratch and then use it to frost cupcakes, cake cones, or anything you would like to bring with you to the online class. We will learn how to plan our design and achieve vibrant colors on our bakes.

- Granulated Sugar
- Butter
- Vanilla
- Food Coloring
- Vinegar
Equipment:
- Medium saucepan
- Kitchen Scale
- Rubber Spatula
- Electric or Stand Mixer (Whisk Attachment)
- Piping Bag
- Favorite Piping tip (example Wilton 1M, 8B or Ateco 847 or 849)
- Any baked item which can be decorated (cupcakes, macaron shells, ice cream cones, or even just parchment paper for practice
- Kitchen Scale
- Candy Thermometer
