What you'll do:
In this masterclass, you will learn how to create fun succulent cupcakes with a twist! Learn the tricks on how to add height without using too much buttercream. Just a few simple decorating tips and your favorite buttercream are all you need for these beautiful cupcake designs!
What you'll need:
Food Items Checklist:
Dozen mini cupcakes (I use minis) or standard size is fine. Wilton mini baking cups are a great size!
Prepare your own buttercream frosting, medium consistency. Enough to pipe 6-12 cupcakes. 3 ½ cups minimum.
Americolor food gels in electric pink (or any pink), electric purple, mojito or green & yellow instead of mojito.
Bright pink food dust such as Sugar Art Elite brand or Rolkem Lumo, anything 100% edible
Lindt chocolate balls (just a couple is fine) or similar like Ferrero Rocher
Piping bags x 6 (scissors to cut bags)
Small bowls to mix colors
Dinner spoons for mixing buttercream
Food brush flat medium-size or round brush
Piping tips Wilton 32,104, 352 and small round tip (anyone #2-4)
