How to Participate:
This class is hosted online.Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. I'll be baking from my home in the English countryside. Anyone with the ingredients can participate from their own kitchen.
What you'll do:I will show you how to make chocolate ganache and how to get the perfect consistency for a beautiful ganache drip to decorate your cake! I will also show you how to make a gorgeous chocolate sail to top your cake. Have the ingredients listed below ready, and you can make it along with me! I will answer all your questions along the way so that you can make these confidently on your own to make impressive looking cakes.
What you'll need:
Dark chocolate (150 grams)
Double cream (50 grams)
Milk (1-2 tablespoons)
Large measuring jug/bowl
Room in freezer for jug/bowl
