What you'll do:
In this masterclass, we will learn how to create a fun, ombre design using buttercream. You will also learn how to create a dark chocolate ganache drip and practice some basic piping techniques using a 1M piping tip.

A batch of buttercream (see recipe demo video here)
Blue gel food color (or any color you would like for the base of the cake
2x 5-inch cakes
Heavy cream (75 grams)
Compound dark chocolate (150 grams, I use Nestle)
Sprinkles of your choice (I use Doe Sprinkles)
1x 8-inch cake board
Large serrated knife
1 medium-sized microwave-safe bowl
2 piping bags
1M piping tip (or any large star tip)
