Agnolotti are pasta pillows filled with a filling. The pasta style originated in the piedmont region of Italy. In this pasta class, we will make 2 different pasta doughs, one colored with your choice of superfood and the other plain. While the dough is resting, we will make ricotta and spinach filling for our agnolotti. Together we will create a beautiful pasta sheet, and create the shape agnolotti.
