How to Participate: 

This class is hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. I'll be baking from my home. Anyone with the ingredients can participate from their own kitchen.

What you'll do:

Perfect activity to engage your kids as there is no baking involved, but they also learn about basics of cooking using healthy ingredients!

Learn how to make a wholesome way to snack using ingredients that suit your lifestyle. Make gluten-free, dairy free, and vegan according to your personal taste.  I break down the basics of your base ingredients then you can easily create endless flavors plus add anything else you like. Perfect for on-the-go snacking, lunch boxes, even dessert! In this workshop I reveal my best kept secret after they are chilled!

We will create 3 flavors during the class:

  • Strawberry Vanilla
  • Double chocolate chip
  • Banana Nut

What you'll need:

Food Items Checklist:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Chocolate chips
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • Dates (approximately 40)
  • Vanilla extract 
  • Nuts (any, preferably pecans or walnuts)
  • Almond, oat, or coconut flour, or all the above
  • Milk (any, optional)

Equipment:

  • Food processor
  • Spoon
  • Containers for storage
