How to Participate:
This class is hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. I'll be baking from my home in Idaho. Anyone with the ingredients can participate from their own kitchen.
What you'll do:
We will be learning the basics of making Italian meringue, coloring, piping, and common troubleshooting. If you have ever thought your buttercream was too sweet, and wanted to use something more decadent in your baking, Italian meringue buttercream is a game changer! Sheri will also open up the class for a Q&A session at the end, so have your questions ready!
What you'll need:
White granulated sugar
Pure vanilla or clear vanilla
Stand mixer (or hand mixer) with whisk attachment
Small and large mixing bowls
Kitchen scale or measuring cups
Piping tips of choice
Gel coloring of choice
Candy thermometer (or infrared gun)
