Food Items Checklist:
- Butter
- Confectioners sugar (icing sugar mixture)
- Eggs
- All-purpose flour
- Salt
- Baking powder
- Black fondant (if you want a black skull)
- White fondant
- Gel food coloring for your fondant flowers of your choice
- Green food coloring
- Corn starch/cornflour
- Glam Sprinkles of your choice
- Black non-pareils
- Edible gold leaf 1 sheet
- Gold edible art paint or gold luster dust with vodka
- Vegetable shortening or similar only if stenciling.
Cookies are to be baked and ready for class!
Equipment:
- Food scale
- Stand mixer or hand mixer
- Silicon spatula
- Baking paper/baking trays
- Rolling pin for rolling out dough
- Work mat
- Toothpicks for gel colors
- Fondant rolling pin
- Stencil or embossing folder of your choice (optional) if you want to emboss fondant with pattern
- Fluffy brush medium size only if stenciling.
- Brush for water any size
- Fine detail brush to apply gold
- Flower mold or I can show you how with just using an 1M or 2d piping tip.
- 1 Small round piping tip any number 2-5
- Edible glue
- Blade or sharp knife
