About the Dish:
Chef Pietro grew up eating this rich and hearty, meat based sauce which originated in Bologna, where it is known as ragu. A slowly-simmered effort achieves the incredible flavors that justify its prominence as Bologna's most celebrated dish. Chef Pietro serves his Bolognese sauce with homemade Fettuccine. The flat shape and thickness of fettuccine allows it to sufficiently stand up to robust sauces far better than thin pasta like Spaghetti.

What you'll do:
In this live interactive 90 minutes LIVE class you'll learn how to prepare homemade pasta dough and then roll it into fettuccine pasta. We will also be showing you how to prepare an authentic Bolognese sauce.
