What you'll do:

In this masterclass, you will learn how to create unique, glam, and delicious edible crystal jelly candy in the Sophia Mya Cupcakes way!

Use them to top your cupcakes, cookies, and cakes or as party favors. They are sure to have the WOW factor!

What you'll need:

Food Items Checklist:

• Sparkling water or plain water
• Caster Sugar or granulated sugar
• Neon food gel colors from Chefmaster or Americolor
• Food-grade flavorings: i.e Lorann flavor oils / Get Suckered oils/Flavor emulsions.
• Sprinkles such as sugar crystals or small nonpareils, nothing too bulky
• Edible gold dust (optional for glam) or Sweet Sticks water-activated metallic palette
• Rose spirit or vodka(optional)
• Edible gold leaf (optional for glam) 
• Agar Agar (Telephone or Golden Trophy brands)

Equipment:

• My recipe (PDF will be sent to you after registration with full details. Please read prior to class!)
• Wooden skewers or Toothpicks
• Any food gel colors of your choice. Read the recipe and decide on your colors.
• Silicone Spatula
• Pot
• Food scale
• Measuring tablespoon
• Baking or parchment paper
• Baking tray
• Container for the solution
• Silicon molds in your desired shapes (optional)
• Fine detail brush(optional)
