This class is hosted online, so anyone can participate from their own kitchen. Once you book the class, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. You will also be sent a recipe for the cookie base to mix and chill prior to the class.
Have you always admired perfectly decorated cookies, but don’t know
where to start? Well, this is the class for you! We will be starting with the absolute basics and working our way through the process of rolling out, cutting, and baking dough into perfect cookie shapes. While the cookies are baking, we will be making a batch of royal icing together which we will use to decorate a set of fun summer cookies!

- A hand or stand mixer
- Small mixing bowls
- Small spatulas
- Rolling pin
- Food gel colors (suggested: Chefmaster)

- Cookie-cutter different shapes (suggested: Ice cream, Flip flop, Sea Shell)
- Tipless piping bags
