A LIVE Halloween pasta Bootcamp! This is a 2 day class and each class is about 2hrs. On the first day we’ll make 3 vibrant color pasta dough, with a delicious roasted butternut squash filling. Freeze the pasta and keep it ready to eat on Halloween!
The following day we’ll make patterns on our pasta sheets and shape our pasta into fun variations of filled pasta that resemble halloween candies. This class is designed for all levels of pasta making.

Food Items Checklist:
Ingredients for pasta:
- 8 cups of 00 pasta flour (if you can't get any just use all-purpose flour)
- 12 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic cloves
- Activated charcoal
- Yogurt
- 1 large roasted RED bell pepper
- Paprika
- 1 2tbsp of Harissa
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Ingredients for the filling:
- Roasted butternut squash (Roast the butternut squash by simply cutting the squash in half, cover it with a little olive oil, and bake in the oven at 400 for 45 min to 1 hr depending on the size of the squash)
- Parmesan cheese
- Ginger and nutmeg
- Ricotta cheese

- Bench scraper
- Pasta cutter wheel or just use your pizza cutter
