Sugardust & Sprinkles started as a part-time business in Oct 2015 after I got confidence in baking cakes and cookies by learning the how tos through Food Network and youtube.
After my third child was born, my business turned full time. Although my treats were good, my business was down, but after investing in a food photography course, it was a big game-changer.
I have sold my sweet treats, particularly french macarons, at Westelm, Holiday markets, and Winter markets at Bachmans.
Another achievement was getting recognized by Food Network Canada to participate in a Chocolate Showdown show. Although, I did not make it to the show, in my view it was a great experience.
I love to make macarons and cake cute and elegant with a touch of gold and glitter.
I hope to teach simple designs to help hobby bakers make something cute and have fun!!
