Passionate about texture and flavor, Pastry Chef Amy Fingerhut brings her sweet tooth and undeniable palate for flavor to each product she makes.  Amy draws on her formal training and natural creativity to design each original work of edible art.

Amy’s initial focus after graduating from the French Pastry School in Chicago was cake decorating, and after eventually dabbled in cookie decorating, she was hooked!  With a classic, yet whimsy style, Fingerhut Pastries cookies are distinct and instantly recognizable.
