What you'll do:
We'll make 3 different types of shortbread together so you can learn how to manipulate this type of dough and customize it with different flavors and fillings. We'll start with the classic butter shortbread, then we'll make a chocolate version, and finish with a pistachio orange cardamom shortbread. I will also show you how to dip baked shortbread in melted chocolate as a finishing touch. We will end up with 3 dozen shortbread cookies but you don't have to bake them all at once. I'll show you how to freeze the dough and enjoy freshly baked shortbread whenever you want.
